Time Buildings

Named after the Time Gas Station that occupied the site many years ago, this urban infill development included (2) triplex and (1) duplex for a total of (8) units. The buildings were constructed using pre-cast concrete wall panels and storefront glazing. Built in phases, the units were all pre-sold and customized by the individual buyers. Site logistics were a challenge, particularly during the final stage with no laydown area and all the earlier units occupied.
