One of the most fundamental but often misguided stages of a project is Planning and Design Development. This is where the foundation is laid for balancing expectations through the traditional paradigm of Scope/Time/Cost/Quality. To establish and maintain a dynamic balance throughout the pre-construction phase provides a significant advantage to the project as a whole. We always welcome the opportunity for early involvement in a project to contribute with budgetary and constructability feedback and help support educated decisions.
CUSTOM HOMES AND RENOVATIONS
Grounded by project control and workmanship
Residential projects are very personalized and can range from creating an heirloom worthy of preservation to simply achieving a certain objective. Regardless of the quality and complexity of the project, the cornerstones of control and workmanship are critical. Our primary mechanisms for upholding these cornerstones are presence and self-performance. Throughout the project our designated lead craftsman is present, self-performing certain scope, leading our in-house team and supervising other trades. This approach, coupled with proper management and support, allows us to adapt to the specific requirements of each project to ensure success.
COMMERCIAL
Fast-tracked, professional and craft-built
Within commercial, our primary focuses are the hospitality, retail, office and multi-family sectors. These projects are faster tracked, executed within a different set of parameters and require a different team dynamic than our residential counterparts. Despite their contrasts, we have found our roots to be advantageous in finessing the finer details and avoiding pitfalls. We view each project through the lens of a craft builder, understanding the intent and ensuring the constructability. The process identifies items needing attention at the forefront, so they can be addressed proactively before they impede field operations. While we are streamlined with more conventional projects, we are also adept at the unconventional and handling challenging projects under unique sets of circumstances.
