SCOPE HOUSE

From its vantage on the Waterway this site had more to offer than the existing home simply could afford. Scope House was a transformative renovation that reinvented the home with the purpose and stature it commanded. With structural steel supported A-frames telescoping from the front and rear elevations, large mahogany overhangs and corner bump-outs carefully bringing textural relief, the new façade is both modern and stately.
